The sleepy town of Black Stone erupts into martial turmoil when a counterfeiting ring run by the mysterious golden haired gorilla Mr. Lung (Tommy Lee) comes under the close scrutiny of undercover agent Pai Yu Ching (Wong Tao), a reformed assassin and expert of southern fist boxing.
