Master Hwang Jang Lee stars as Don Wong, the undisputed "Lord Of The Leg". He travels the country far and wide taking on all comers in death-defying combat. None are his match and soon he becomes ruler of the martial world. A young fighter is trained by Don's old master in order to try and bring a halt to Don's vicious reign.
