Jackie Chan's real-life kung fu brother Meng Yuan Man stars as a young kung fu fanatic who is forbidden to learn kung fu by his father. However, after his twin brother is killed in a contest, he runs away and seeks out three different masters to instruct him in the martial arts. One by one the masters are killed by a ruthless assassin (Wilson Tong) who has been hired by a mysterious paymaster. Now the kid faces new enemies.
