This is the exciting tale of Young Lord Taihei, who disguises himself as a ronin and goes to Edo to find the lost family treasure, a plover incense burner. With a series of complex plot twists and violent sword action this film was made during the Golden Era of Toei Studios. Their immense popularity during this time period gave birth to literally hundreds of superb samurai films. This is one of the best of the lot, and features some of the greatest stars of the era.
