A samurai, Gengobe, has succeeded in amassing a large sum of money that is badly needed for a vendetta of 'the forty-seven ronin'. However, Gengo falls prey to his own affections for a woman - a woman in need of a large sum of money. He pays her debts, only to realize he has been swindled out of his treasure by the woman and her accomplice. Betrayed and misused, he is out for revenge!
