Yung Cheng (Carter Wong) is a Manchu Prince who inherits the throne with the help of his Eight Personal Warriors and his highly respected Chief Lieutenant - General Nin. Rumours are spreading General Nin has been consorting with rebels from the Shaolin Temple and although he is acknowledged as one of the keys to the Kings success, Nin is instantly demoted and banished from the town. Reminding his eight warriors that they took an oath and pledged to eliminate all who opposed him, king Cheng seizes this opportunity to use this pact to his advantage and orders the eight warriors to wipe out the now exiled General.
