A young girl witnesses her family being massacred and seeks refuge with a nun, who teaches her the technique of the One Foot Crane. After years of practice, the girl (Lilly Lee), now highly proficient in her skill, sets out for vengance and one by one takes out her family's killers. Along the way, she finds her long-lost brother, who himself is a master of the Mantis Fist, and together with the Shaking Eagle Constable they bring to justice the ringleader of the gang.
