Kwang Wei (Bruce Li) and his three friends take a trip one weekend to dive in search of coral. But in addition to coral they also find gold, hidden in crates at the bottom of the sea. First they plan to reveal their find to the police, but they quickly decide to keep it a secret, so the gang of gold smugglers who own it won't track them down. However, Ah Keung cannot resist the temptation. He takes some of gold for himself, hoping to sell it for quick cash. When the gold smugglers find out that a part of their treasure was sold on the Hong Kong black market, they decide to investigate and seek revenge. The friends are soon discovered, and a battle between them and the gangsters begins. The beatings are merciless, and the friends are killed off one by one. Kwang Wei (Bruce Li) is the only survivor. He has only one goal: to revenge the death of his friends--without the law.
